Sally’s Cafe and Bookstore – New Book on the Shelves – Cheerio, and thanks for the apocalypse by Ian Hutson

Cheerio, and thanks for the apocalypse. Available on pre-order now, out in the big wide world on the 3rd of November (two weeks or so). My latest frippery and nonsense.

Why on pre-order and not just released? Well, the big beast Amazon counts any pre-order sales as happening all on the release day, and that can do wonders for a chap’s book’s rankings on the day, mayhap putting the book on some “also bought” and “suggested” lists in a lot more folks’ browsers… Tis all terribly technical, unlike the book, which is just atom bombs and laughs… 🙂

Smorgasbord Blog Magazine

A warm welcome to another new author to the Cafe and Bookstore – Ian Hutson who has a new release on November 3rd…on pre-order… Cheerio, and thanks for the apocalypse. Many of you will already be familiar with Ian’s entertaining and occasionally hair-raising stories of life on his Narrow Boat

About the book

Life never ends, death isn’t forever and the afterlife, such as it is, is in chaos. The greatest thinkers of our time think awe-inspiringly vast, modern thoughts – and their dog makes them look like intellectual minnows swimming with intellectual sharks…

  2. Should have read this before I asked my question. I get the paper back on Friday 19th Oct and have to wait for the e book till 3rd November! They do like to mess about I’ve noticed with my own books. Good luck with it, hope you have put it in a rare category I’ve noticed people who do that are always number one best sellers! It must irritate the other six people though, whereas my two million competitors don’t give a monkey’s.
